What is done with this information?

How long will you keep my information?

  • Customer and order information will be kept securely on our system until you ask us to remove it. Note: Purchase information retention is subject to regulatory mandates we must adhere to e.g. data retention requirements for tax reporting purchases.
  • Encrypted Credit Card information will be purged every 365 days.
  • Mailing List Subscriptions will remain active until you opt out from specific lists.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for marketing purposes, e.g. to offer you special discounts, we will request your permission explicitly, if not already granted.

 

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, if you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent to marketing communications. Marketing will be terminated and any data specifically used for marketing purposes alone will be deleted. All marketing emails contain an 'unsubscribe link' should you wish to opt out of receiving marketing emails.

Our store is hosted by external partners .They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows you to buy our products and use our services and also direct you to additional websites.

Your data is stored through their data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment through our website can be made via our secure check out pages using secure 3rd party payment service providers, e.g. credit card processors.

We are PCI compliant which help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may process & share your personal information for carefully considered and specific purposes which are in our legitimate interests and enable us to enhance our business and the services we provide, but which we believe also benefit you the customer.

We provide these third party service providers or organisations with such information as some may need your information to allow them to perform their functions, an example would be our shipping solution requires your name and address to allow them to produce a label to deliver your order.
